Julia has a solid HR generalist background and perspective having taken the HR lead in both operational and strategic initiatives in previous roles. Her most recent role was as a Senior Manager for a multi-national US-based HR outsourcing company where her key responsibility outside delivering the project and understanding the client’s requirements was to restore and grow relationships with the client.

Prior to this Julia headed up the HR function for the UK and Europe for a software solutions company that was undergoing significant changes after being acquired by a large US corporation in November 2006.

Julia has also held the position of UK HR manager for a well-known High Street optician with a client base dedicated to providing services and support to the retail store network in the UK.

Julia has worked in a variety of business environments including finance and banking, manufacturing, retail and customer services and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
