Karen is a fully qualified HR professional with substantial experience of working at a senior level for businesses from large global organisations to smaller owner-manager businesses in a range of industries including; Aerospace, Supply Chain, Engineering and Manufacturing, all of which employing a complex cross section of people, characters, cultures and issues.

Karen has worked within a number of business stages – business start ups, business growth, reorganisation and downsizing, all of which bring their own challenges to manage people issues correctly and appropriately whilst maintaining morale and employee turnover levels.
