Ann is an affiliate member of the CIPD, and has more than 20 years experience at a senior HR level both in UK and multinational organisations, working both in the UK as well as across Western and Eastern Europe and the US.

Ann has worked across a wide range of organisations, from retail through to telecoms, manufacturing, software and pharmaceuticals. In doing so she has hands-on experience of the day to day local business and people issues, as well as business strategy and implementation of M&A activity, culture change and practical European employment issues in an entrepreneurial environment.
