I joined The HR Dept in January 2006 after working within the retail, distribution and logistics industry as an HR specialist for many years.

It was a hard decision to leave a good salary, company car and all the trimmings, but it has worked. It was slow to start with but with the help and support of Sue & Mike it has now grown into a sound business.

It is great to leave behind the days of travelling the M25 morning, noon and night I am now my own boss and love every minute of it.

Being part of The HR Dept means there is always someone to bounce idea’s off, we are a large network of HR specialists and we help and assist each other. If you haven’t got the answer yourself or are unsure then there is always someone who will know.

The support from the Bristol office is a real added bonus, you can go off on holiday with the peace of mind that your clients and business is in safe hands.
