Bristol Flying Centre has experienced a rapid growth within
its various business functions.
The company employs a wide range of highly experienced staff,
and the company strongly believes in the development of its
staff and their welfare.
The company is not big enough to employ a full time Human Resource
specialist.
However, with the importance of the employee welfare, contracts
of employment, Handbooks and the various important legislative
requirements (which also change from time to time) we needed
the expertise of The HR Dept to help us readdress and implement
some importance changes and close any obvious gaps.
The convenience of picking up a telephone and speaking to any
of the HR team, is like having them in the office next door
- it’s so easy, and you get the answer you need from a
range of key staff at The HR department. Helpful emails arrive
to remind you of any new legislation, or indeed forthcoming
events; such as the World cup, which highlight possible absenteeism!
