Basildon Women's Aid

Basildon Women’s Aid has used the competent services of the HR Dept for two years now and I have been very impressed with the instant advice, reassurance and answers to our endless questions with good humour.

The service we have received from the initial overview of our contracts, procedures and staff handbook to a recent restructuring of the organisation with adoption of a competency based job description has been first class.

As a registered charity our Trustees rely on the excellent advice of the HR Dept to ensure adherence to current legislation and that we operate in a fair and correct manner. With the HR Dept I have never felt that we are alone with any problems or queries concerning our workforce.
