Aware of the importance both of good employee relations and clear processes, Studio 6 were keen to move beyond minimum requirements.

We were asked to help build a complete employee relations programme, complete with contracts, staff handbook and job descriptions. We also designed a staff performance management system, helping to make sure that staff play a genuine role in continued growth.
