Sue Tumelty - Managing Director

The HR Dept was started by Sue Tumelty, Chartered MCIPD. An experienced and commercially aware HR professional with a wealth of general management experience. Sue left her HR Director role to work with a range of Blue Chip companies before launching this very individual service.

Her pragmatic and practical approach appeals to the SME owner managers and helped build a sound business base in North Bristol. Sue as MD is now working hard to expand the Company nationally.

Mike Stevenson - Financial Director

Mike Stevenson had done battle with many a Personnel Department in his life as an MD in the manufacturing industry. He was attracted to the HR Dept because for once this was a business support service not a hindrance.

As FD Mike has ensured the Company has a sound base on which to expand. Forging business relationships with strategic partners and looking for new opportunities all now come under his remit.
