Theresa is CIPD qualified and has over 17 years HR experience in a range of industries including retail, distribution, leisure and security. Theresa has worked at a senior level as an HR Generalist gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in recruitment including psychometric testing, employee relations, HR policy, TUPE transfers and change management.

Theresa is passionate about working with a business to find the best practical solution for you to achieve what you need, whether this is on an on- going basis or a one off project. She provides a personal, cost effective service that is flexible to meet your needs, when you need it.
