With employment law and dealing with HR issues becoming increasing complex, Adrian’s role is to provide a comprehensive HR support for small and medium sized business’s (SME’s) within the East Somerset and West Wiltshire area. Adrian ensures his clients remain compliant and legal as well as shouldering some of the burden employers have in running their HR function.

The HR Dept East Somerset and West Wiltshire helps small businesses in Wincanton, Frome, Radstock, Trowbridge, Warminster, Corsham, Bradford Upon Avon, Castle Cary and the surrounding areas deal with HR issues and gives pragmatic local HR advice.

Adrian is Chartered MCIPD qualified and has both UK and International experience within Sales, Marketing, General Management and most latterly as Managing Director of a HR and Training consultancy in North Africa and the Gulf. He fully understands the complex nature of running a business and the positive effect a high quality outsourced HR function can have for a business saving them time and money and reducing the amount of stress and worry for the business owners
