Jackie Dawkins – Director, Shine Charity Recruitment

A Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Consultants, Jackie joined the recruitment industry in 1988. She was a founding Director of the award winning recruitment consultancy, Cathedral Appointments in Exeter. She first became involved in recruiting for charity clients in 2007 and was inspired by the people and the organisations she worked with. In 2010 she set up Shine so that she could specialise in the provision of an ethical and professional recruitment service especially for the charity sector in the South West. Her involvement with her clients extend beyond the recruitment process to include fundraising, volunteering, running events and becoming a trustee of Devon Air Ambulance Trust in 2008.
