My name is Ann Marie Stephenson and I run the HR Dept. office
covering Fulham, Battersea and Putney. I have a post graduate
qualification in Human Resource Management and am a Fellow
of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. With
over 20 years' H.R. experience in a range of businesses, ranging
from small PR consultancies to large City law firms, I am
sure I can bring added value to your business, whether you

I joined the HR Dept. having run my own successful H.R. consultancy
for the last 5 years and well understand the pressures you
face running your business while simultaneously dealing with
complex and time-consuming staff issues. So, how can we help

support over the phone from your own dedicated H.R. professional,
not a call centre. We guide you through any employment issue
(redundancies, grievances, disciplinary and dismissal meetings)
with practical and pragmatic advice, drafting all letters
and supporting you throughout the process. We can also visit
you on site if needed. Best of all, provided you follow our
advice, this advice is backed up with tribunal insurance.
