Geoff recently supported ENRC with the HR elements of integrating an Africa Division into it’s worldwide operations.
Faced with changing, complex and ambiguous requirements, Geoff managed the transition of UK employees and facilitated the key appointment and induction of an Africa Head of HR. He worked hard to maintain the engagement of all concerned through face to face meetings as well as telephone and video conferences.
