Jenny has over 9 years of HR experience gained within large multi-national corporations and SME’s. She has experience working with senior management teams to develop HR strategy and has a sensible, practical approach to providing HR guidance and support at all levels. Jenny’s experience covers a multitude of HR subjects including policy, procedure & contract development, employee relations, performance management, redundancy, recruitment and training.
