Sara has over fifteen years experience in Human Resources, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a masters degree in law and employment relations.

Sara has worked at a senior level for both large and small organisations across a whole range of sectors – utilities, logistics/manufacturing, and charities as some examples. She has experience in both the day to day issues of managing people, and also strategic HR projects like performance management, training and development, buying and selling businesses, managing major change.
