Rachel is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel
& Development and has 14 years of HR experience across
both Public and Private Sectors.
Rachel covers the North Derbyshire territory predominantly
including the following:-
Ripley, Heanor, Ilkeston, Belper, Eastwood, Matlock, Ashbourne,
Buxton, Bakewell and Alfreton/Somercotes.
Her experience covers all aspects of HR, Recruitment and
Selection (including psychometric Testing), Disciplinary and
Grievance, Redundancy, Restructuring, Tender bid work, TUPE,
Compromise Agreements, Reward, Training, Development and Performance
Management.
Rachel enjoys problem solving – providing practical
and sensible solutions which fit the culture and needs of
the business.
Rachel is commercially aware and has direct experience of
working with customers understanding the need to build strong
relationships and listen to customer requirements. She worked
as a Director within a Railway Maintenance and Engineering
Company which took her overseas to America assisting a Rail
business in the US to successfully reduce high turnover and
implement a training and competence system which reduced the
accident and incident rate and increased profitability.

to the continuing changes in employment law and people issues
and more often than not can end up with costly solutions –

managed simply and effectively at minimum cost.’
