Cathy is CIPD qualified and has 15 years experience in HR. With experience at a senior level and ‘being close to the coal face’ for most of that time – she understands what it takes to succeed in a small to medium sized business environment.

Based in Kettering, Northamptonshire and supporting Kettering and Corby and the surrounding areas – she is keen to provide a hands on partnership approach to HR – to make employment law work for your business and to help you through the pitfalls and over the obstacles that seem to be in the way – but in fact can be stepping stones to success. People are never black and white – but all shades of grey and there is no one size fits all. Cathy will become part of your business – always there to help.
