I have worked for several Blue Chip Companies as an HR Generalist
in a Senior Management role and have a wealth of experience
to offer.
I understand the frustrations that SME’s have regarding

handbooks, grievance & disciplinary procedures, absence

The HR Dept provide an Advice Line Service,
which give you access to qualified professional help &
guidance at any time from 08.00 to 6.00 Monday to Friday.
This service will also include legal costs insurance cover
in the event of an employee taking a case to tribunal. The
cover also includes any compensation that may be awarded by
the court.

and your managers when dealing with complex HR issues. At
all times your HR professional is only a phone call or email
away to provide that additional reassurance.
