Tracey has a range of experience providing HR services to both large blue-chips and smaller owner-manager businesses within various industries including Distribution, Telecommunications and Engineering.

She has experience of working closely with small to medium sized businesses to aid in their development and growth using practical HR tools which has resulted in her really understanding the priorities and values that owner managers have.

Owners / MD’s of SME’s rarely have the expertise or the resources in house to deal with people problems. Tracey intends to make a difference to SME’s in Warwickshire by providing comprehensive guidance as and when required to make the most of your businesses most important resource, the people.

Small businesses need flexible and realistic guidance, but don’t have the need for a full-time permanent HR practitioner. This is where the HR Dept adds value to small businesses.
