Simon is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD who has provided wide-ranging HR support to businesses throughout his career. He has worked at a senior level in large and small organisations across both private and not-for-profit sectors.

Based in Crayford, Kent, he delivers HR services to small and medium sized employers
in this area and helps them to deal with the sorts of issues they would ask their HR Department to do, if they had one.

Because he works with a network of other HR professionals around the country he can draw upon other specialist expertise and help with larger scale projects if needed.
