Tony is a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Master’s degree in HR Management. With over twenty years experience working for major oil and shipping companies both at home and abroad Tony has a wide knowledge of HR issues.

Since opening the HR Dept. in Southampton Tony has worked with a variety of companies, large and small, handling everything from the provision of employee contracts and handbooks to TUPE transfers, employee attitude surveys, comparative international employment policies, redundancy programmes and representation at Employment Tribunals.
