Her experience, gained in both the private and public sector, includes road haulage, agriculture, hospitality, food manufacturing, education, finance, sales and marketing , engineering, construction, building maintenance, research, medicine, science and technology.

A Chartered Fellow of CIPD with a postgraduate diploma in HRM she believes that people are unique and what gives a business its competitive advantage, regardless of whether you are employing fewer than 5 staff or 300.
