The primary focus of the Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager role is to have a real impact on how our ambitious and dynamic architectural company delivers QS services and exceptional excellent project management to our clients.
Too often our clients’ budgets are exceeded unnecessarily. Our goal is to manage cost expectations from concept stage so that we are designing amazing homes that can be built on time and within budget.
You will want to be a key part of a small but growing practice that likes to do things differently from the rest. As an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who has project/contract management experience, you will quickly develop the QS services that we provide with an eye on building these services to become a major part of our what we deliver in the future. Through continued growth and success in this area, you will be keen for progression with this role offering opportunities to develop your own internal QS department with your own specialist team of like-minded individuals.
The purpose of this role is to take ownership for residential projects from private homeowner schemes, up to 20 unit developments for SME property developers. You will combine previous experience with fresh, innovative ideas to differentiate our service offering. Managing 4-5 projects at any one time, you will have the chance to actively own important areas such as: cost estimates, contract administration and overseeing building works, whilst making sure we continue to operate within legal and company requirements.

Requirements
- RICS qualification
- Basic level Maths and English
- Minimum 2 years RICS Chartered status
- Degree in Quantity/Building Surveying
- Highly computer literate with experience in use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- 2-3 years project/contract management experience
- Residential property experience of mid/high-end finishes
- A strong focus on customer service delivery
- Self motivated and ambitious
- Able to communicate to South West London on a regular basis
