Who we are

I am a CIPD HR professional with 30 years experience of strategic management. As director of HR Dept Dundee & West Fife, I bring my professional experience to providing practical and pragmatic HR support to SME’s in this area, providing local and personal advice tailored to each clients needs. Services provided cover all aspects of employment life cycle, including: recruitment, contracts of employment, disciplinary and grievance, dismissal, performance management, appraisal, absence management, settlement agreements, TUPE transfers, employee surveys, training and development, payroll, auto enrolment and health and safety.

As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, I have a wide range of experience helping organisations develop and implement effective strategies which align with, and support, the achievement of their business goals and aspirations. A qualified Mediator, I have been undertaking mediations in the public, private and third sectors for a number of years.  I am also an experienced Facilitator, Organisational Development Specialist, and Coach with significant experience of successfully developing organisations, teams and individuals. I am known for taking an engaging, practical, solution focussed approach, working with people across all levels of a business to drive organisational change.
