Restructuring job roles, making redundancies, managing changing expectations of employees in the workplace and having the know how
and confidence to do this can be a challenge for even the most experienced of managers.

This Programme of 3 half day (morning) modules is aimed at Business Owners, Managers or those responsible for HR involved in business change and restructuringaffecting employees.

The Programme covers the following:

Module 1 – Restructures and Redundancies – Thursday 19th September 2019

Covering how to restructure your business for growth or consolidation, this module
explains the legal requirements you need to follow, laws on redundancy and
consultation and employee rights to avoid risks of employment tribunal claims.

Module 2 – Managing in Changing Times – Friday 4th October 2019

The workplace is changing rapidly – with the introduction of AI and Augmentation; an
ageing workforce with the removal of the default retirement age and a workplace of
multi-generational employees with differing expectations. We will explore all of these
issues that managers need to be aware of and look at how employees react to change
and how you can best support them.

Module 3 – Managing with Confidence – Friday 25th October 2019

This module will focus on making you a more confident manager in effecting change
and the importance of how you communicate, to ensure you are delivering your
messages in the best way.
