National franchise company The HR Dept has started 2013 by opening four new offices to help small and medium sized businesses with their HR support by providing practical and pragmatic advice to prevent ‘people problems’. The HR Dept now boasts 46 local offices throughout the UK. New offices have now opened in Norwich, Eastbourne and Macclesfield to give SME businesses in those regions the same level of professional advice and local support that many large companies enjoy from in-house HR teams.
Martin Johnston will serve businesses in Norwich, Wymondham, Dereham, Sheringham, Holt, Fakenham, Cromer, North Walsham, Wells and Swaffham.
Serena May will serve businesses in Eastbourne, Lewes and the surrounding areas.
Steve Bloor will serve businesses in Macclesfield, Congleton and Leek and the surrounding areas of the Staffordshire Moorlands and the Peak District.
The HR Dept service covers all aspects of HR including contracts and handbooks, the planning and execution of recruitment and selection projects, disciplinary, grievance and performance management cases, redundancy and restructuring, TUPE, compromise agreements and policy writing. Directors of the new offices have extensive experience in a wide range of industries and sectors. All HR Dept offices work closely with customers and quickly build strong relationships so that a tailored service can be provided. The HR Dept recognises that all businesses vary and require different needs, which is why ‘off the shelf’ solutions are not offered.
