Advice Line

Employment law continues to become more complex, the costs of getting it wrong have never been higher!

As an Advice Line + customer you’ll have access to unlimited HR advice and support via phone and email. SMEs can rarely justify the cost of a full time in-house HR presence, making outsourcing by far the best solution, saving on average £33,380 per year.

Crucially, our Advice Line + includes Tribunal Indemnity Insurance, meaning as long as you’ve followed our advice from the outset you’re covered against any Tribunal costs and potential awards.

You’ll also have access to expert, local HR support from a qualified professional, who will get to know your business and will learn how you operate. You also get additional documentation including your Contracts, Handbooks and Policies which are all covered for you under the small monthly fee.

Why is this so important? When you first take on an employee you’re legally required to provide them with an employment contract within eight weeks. Within this should be your company policies (written by us) and the terms and conditions of their employment with you.

Handbooks too are essential when taking on staff. They set out clearly “how things are done” in the company and what’s expected of your employees. These will be regularly kept up-to-date to reflect any changes in HR and employment legislation.

Flying Start + 

Flying start + is our service package designed specifically for micro businesses taking on their first employees, giving you the peace of mind that you’re legally compliant as you start to grow.

If you’re a micro-business gearing up to take on your first staff member, rest assured we have the expertise to help you take the first leap. Whether you have one employee or 100, employment law still applies.
