We recently asked HR Dept Newcastle to help us recruit a new member of staff. Jayne approached this task with real structured professionalism from drawing up the Job Description through advertising, arranging interviews and finally obtaining references for the successful candidate. We cannot recommend Jayne and the HR Department highly enough and we happily refer them to our clients where they have a need for HR support. Jayne is always delightful to work with, providing friendly support that ensures you keep on the right side of regulations but above all helps to build a successful and happy team and a prosperous business.
The HR Dept Newcastle takes care of all our HR issues and are very knowledgeable. As well as taking all of the everyday stress away with any HR issues, Jayne is a genuine lovely person. It is a relief to know she is at the end of the phone should we need her. Jayne makes what is a very complicated profession easy for us to understand. I would highly recommend Jayne she has been a great help.
The HR Dept Newcastle worked with several of our management team to complete a difficult process in a small company. Jaynes’ knowledge and personality made the whole process simple and far less stressful. I would highly recommend Jayne and The HR Dept Newcastle for any HR and consultation you may require.
I met Jayne when I was looking to have advice about HR for my new business Two Men and a Truck North East LTD. I have found her advice and knowledge invaluable on this subject and would highly recommend her company, The HR Dept Newcastle, for anybody looking for support in their business. She has become part of my team and I am sure we will be working together for a long time to come.
Jayne at The HR Dept Newcastle helped me hire my first permanent member of staff, and as a small business with little experience of recruitment, hiring, and HR practices, their service was invaluable. Jayne provided a great deal of knowledge and guidance, delivered with calm reassurance which was so important as I worried over filling a crucial role in my company. Jayne helped me settle into and understand the recruitment and hiring process as well as my new managerial responsibilities. I’m now preparing to hire for another role and I’m really excited to be working with The HR Dept Newcastle once more.
We used the services of Jayne Hart and The HR Dept as they were referred to us as being a local company who would be able to help with a number of employment issues we were having. I met with Jayne Hart and she was able to advise me on a number of actions that I could take and was very good at spelling out the risks involved at each stage. Where the service differed from other HR providers was that Jayne took the time to get to know me and my business and as a result were able to help me deal with some sensitive issues. They took away a lot of the stress and made sure we followed the correct procedures at each stage, providing all the formal letters and communications with employees. As they are local they even did many of the formal meetings for me. It very much feels like I have access to my own HR Manager, which is reassuring. I would thoroughly recommend using Jayne and The HR Dept.
The HR Dept helped us through a particularly difficult time with one of our former employees. They were able to provide us with expert advice in the quickest of time to help us overcome a personnel issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. We dealt directly with Jayne. Not only was she able to advise us on the best course of action, but we also had great peace of mind knowing that our case truly was in the hands of an expert and we wouldn’t have to worry about the legalities of it all. To top it off Jayne is one of the most personable people we know and so we felt completely at ease working with her. I would highly recommend The HR Dept to anyone in need of any HR related advice.
Based in the North East, we have been using the HR Dept for several years and have always found the service invaluable. As the business has grown so does the need to manage and develop staff. The HR Dept has given valued support through the growth phases and those challenging moments. The support also includes helping to develop the team which is something Jayne Hart has been integral with and is passionate about. We have an advice line and also business insurance in place which we have found really valuable and if nothing else, give’s that peace of mind. All our standard draft HR documents and employee contracts are produced for us and support is given to administer them. I have always found the service given to be personal, professional, detailed and responsive. I would highly recommend the service which Jayne and the HR Dept Newcastle have given.
The professional quality of work that Jayne Hart offers is outstanding. We were very happy with the support we received. As a young but fast-growing company, it is important for us to approach human resources issues in a just and clear manner, and Jayne Hart’s advice has helped us greatly in approaching difficult personnel issues and resolving workplace matters in the most efficient and fair way.
As a small but growing business taking on new staff, Jayne’s expertise in the field of HR has given me peace of mind that both my companies policies and staff employment contracts are fit for purpose. I would highly recommend The HR Dept for local and straightforward advice.
Jayne has been incredibly supportive to our charity over the recent 12 month period. Following our approved restructure in April we were struggling a little with some of the implementation of this, in particular JD's and contracts. Jayne's knowledge, skills and efficiency have now placed us in a strong position. Her support was so important to us.
