Tracey is Managing Director and established The HR Dept South Warwickshire in 2005. She has a wealth of experience in both corporate life as well as working for a number of smaller businesses.

Tracey is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management. Tracey has also recently taken a non-executive Board position at the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce.

With a lot of experience in providing HR services to both large, blue-chip companies and smaller owner-manager businesses, Tracey has a clear understanding of the priorities and values of owner-managers.

Tracey says: “I am passionate about making a difference to SMEs in the South Warwickshire area by providing comprehensive advice to my clients. Small businesses need flexible, realistic guidance but don’t have the requirement for a full-time, permanent HR practitioner. This is where The HR Dept adds value to small businesses, by providing the expertise of highly qualified HR professionals at a fraction of the cost of employing a full-time HR Manager.”

    Sarah is an experienced, CIPD qualified HR professional who has worked in a variety of businesses and sectors during her career. Prior to joining The HR Dept, Sarah spent six years working as HR Manager for an SME. Sarah understands the challenges facing small to medium sized businesses and has a practical and commercial approach to HR.

    Sarah is HR Manager at The HR Dept South Warwickshire and is responsible for providing our retained clients with advice and guidance across all areas of HR. In addition Sarah is available to provide on-site support as required.

      Jacqui Murtough took up the role of Business Development Director for The HR Dept South Warwickshire in 2011 and has been an integral part of the growth of the business.

      With over 25 years’ experience working for SMEs in the area, Jacqui understands the difficulties faced by small businesses owners when they do not have access to high quality advice. Her extensive experience, in a variety of industries at senior level, includes B2C marketing, media relations and business development.

        Tom provides the people development side of the HR Dept’s proposition. Having gained a first class honours degree in psychology followed by a string of coaching qualifications he is ideally placed to deliver executive and development coaching, as well as training in numerous interpersonal skills.

        Tom has extensive experience in delivering training on an international stage for multi-national organisations and has recently provided coaching services for senior leaders in several universities and blue-chip companies.

        Tom sees the work that he does with clients of The HR Dept as a positive way of promoting successful employee engagement and great organisational communication. In doing this Tom feels that he helps small business leaders to build cultures in which many of the people problems that can derail the profitability and growth of companies are avoided. Tom has headed up a number of masterclasses this year that have been extremely well received by clients.

          Molly joined the team as an apprentice in August 2015. After successfully completing her Level 3 Certificate in Business and Administration, she took on the role of Business Development Assistant. In 2018 she obtained her Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing with The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Molly also sits on the Committee for Coventry and Warwickshire First Young Professionals.

          After working for The HR Dept for nearly four years, Molly understands the importance of SMEs having strong, retained HR Support. She also appreciates the need for businesses to develop and support their employees and manages our training workshops.

          Molly oversees all of the Marketing activities, and executes both online and offline campaigns. She also manages the company social media accounts.

            Derri began working for The HR Dept in February 2016. Since then she has completed her Level 3 Certificate in Business Administration, as well as her CIPD Level 3 & 5 Certificate.

            Derri, as HR Adviser, now manages and advises her own group of clients. She provides excellent advice and gets involved with many HR projects.

            She has a passion for HR and understands the challenges many SMEs encounter, after developing strong relationships with our growing client base.

              Lucy has been with the team for 2 years. She joined on a Level 4 Business Administration apprenticeship which she has since completed. Having previously worked as a sports coach at a school, she decided to pursue a career in HR.

              She provides administrative support for HR administration, Client administration and Recruitment.

              Lucy looks forward to broadening her HR knowledge and finishing her Level 3 CIPD Qualification and has already organised to start her Level 5 study this September.

                  Libby joined the team in September 2018 on a Business and Administration Apprenticeship. After studying Business, Drama and History at GCSE, she went on to complete her A Levels in Business, History and Sociology. Libby understands the needs of SMEs after working in her family business.

                    Georgia joined the team in September 2018 on a Business and Administration Apprenticeship. At GCSE, Georgia studied Business, Textiles and History. Georgia then went on to complete her A Levels in Business, Health & Social Care and English Language. She looks forward to learning all things HR and is ready for the challenge.

                        Jane joined the team in December 2018 as HR Manager. She has worked in HR for over 20 years and has experience in various sectors. Having worked for both large and small businesses, she has an extensive knowledge of all things HR.

                        Jane understands the challenges small businesses encounter, having worked independently as an HR consultant prior to joining The HR Dept. She now utilises her vast skills and knowledge, by providing an excellent service to our clients.
