Meet the team

Peter Jones

Director

Peter has owned and managed the HR Dept Swindon and North Wiltshire since 2009 and took over East Cotswolds in 2018. Prior to the HR Dept, Peter had several senior corporate roles that combined all aspects of HR. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Peter enjoys having his own business and supporting local organisations and business owners. The support his team provide to local businesses and charities has a tangible impact on clients. Peter is proud of the excellent reputation the team have built with many new clients being referred by existing clients.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his family and keeping fit.

Remy Morland

Head of HR Consultancy

Remy joined the HR Dept in 2015 as a graduate HR Advisor and has successfully progressed her way up to Head of HR Consultancy, managing both the Swindon and London teams.

Remy enjoys working with a wide range of clients across multiple industries. During her time with the HR Dept, Remy has built excellent relationships with our clients, and enjoys getting to know them and their businesses.

Outside of work, Remy enjoys spending time with her husband, and her pug Alfie (who is also a frequent visitor to the Swindon office). She also likes spending time in Devon, visiting her family.

Helen Imbusi

Head of HR Consultancy

Helen has been working with the HR Dept since 2018. In her time with the HR Dept, she has successfully completed her CIPD Level 5 qualification and gained experience in a wide range of HR areas.

Helen is a Business Studies graduate and began her career working in management roles within Customer Service before later moving into the Quality Assurance field within the Medical Devices industry. However, she has always had a dream of working in HR and jumped at the opportunity to work with the HR Dept.

She loves that no two days are ever the same.  She has built some excellent relationships with Clients and is a great problem solver having navigated some tricky employment issues.

Her focus outside of work is spending quality time with her children. Their energy and enthusiasm mean Helen needs to keep them active and leaves her usually trying to keep up!

Chloe Giles

HR Advisor

Chloe joined HR Dept in August 2022 as a Business and Management Graduate and is undertaking her level 5 CIPD qualification.

Prior to working with HR Dept, Chloe had a recruitment background, but always knew she wanted to work in HR. She loves the variety that comes with working as an HR Advisor for clients across multiple different industries and thrives on helping solve people’s problems.

Chloe has enjoyed building excellent relationships with clients and supporting them with a wide range of employment matters.

Outside of work, Chloe loves spending time with her two children and embarking on new challenges and experiences

Pamela Connolly

Office Coordinator

Pamela joined HR Dept in February 2023 as Office Coordinator. Prior to joining, Pamela worked in the financial, private and public sector.

Pamela brings a breadth and depth of experience in Customer Service, HR, Operational and Project Management. Pamela works effectively with our Senior Team to elicit commercial needs and desired service outcomes for the business.

Outside of work Pamela enjoys spending time with her family and walking to maintain health and fitness levels.

Emma Whichello

Senior HR Advisor

Emma joined the HR dept in January 2024 as a Senior HR Advisor. She gained her level 5 CIPD qualification in 2022 and has a wealth of experience and expertise.

Emma began her career in Customer Service where she recognized her passion for people management and quickly gravitated to HR where she has been working within since 2017. Emma has honed her skills working across various industries and enjoys the unpredictable nature of HR and the notion that every day brings something new.

Outside of work Emma enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, cherishing moments with her son and enjoying the playful antics of her cocker spaniel.
