Managing Disciplines & Grievances – they can be costly, time consuming, impact on performance of the employees involved and others in the business. This makes it all the more imperative that you follow a timely, fair & legal procedure.

* Taking Harry and Larry through the disciplinary process, following the ACAS framework, covering suspension, investigation, hearing, appeal and the keeping of appropriate records.

* Helping Warren to resolve his grievance, following the ACAS framework, looking at the informal and formal processes, appeal and the keeping of appropriate records.

Knowing what it is and how to deal with it is key to ensuring it doesn’t escalate.

In this informative and interactive workshop, we will take you on a practical tour of Managing Conflict, covering the 3 Rs – Recognising, Responding and Resolving. We will not only explore conflict in the workplace, but give you practical tips on handling those difficult conversations and an insight into the role of mediation
