Who are the Workshops designed for?<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Management Essentials series is aimed at line managers or those who have supervisory or team leader responsibilities and day-to-day management of others, in addition to those new to managing others.<\/p>\n

What are the benefits of attending the Management Essentials programs?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Give your managers more confidence to develop the skills they need to effectively deal with core HR issues. It can be from as basic as understanding how to manage staff, to managing complex HR issues. But the main one is to learn how to spot when something is a HR issue and therefore know it has to be dealt with and where to get advice. The Management Essentials series of programs are a cost-effective way to upskill your staff to be able to deal with core HR issues across the business.<\/p>\n
