Compliance with the law is a significant challenge for anyone tasked with the responsibility of managing people in your organisation. As a manager or supervisor, you need to be aware of how employment law protects employees. You also need to be aware of the practical management tools available to you to assist you.
What our previous attendees say:
“I found the training course very useful, thank you for inviting me onto it. Emma Fay was really engaging and she covered a lot of areas that I didn’t previously know much about. I found the employee/employer legal rights content extremely interesting and she gave us really helpful guidance on giving both positive and negative feedback to our colleagues. The course definitely made me think more about how to get the best out of our team and the impact that our words/actions as a manager can have.”
“I really enjoyed the session. Emma was very engaging and the slides and workbook were really useful. So well organised and her communication style was perfect. All aspects of the legalities were covered. Overall very happy with the course and the conduct of Emma”
