We have used HR Dept for some years now on an ongoing basis but recently specifically on recruitment. HR Dept were very useful ensuring the advert was well written and seen, to screening initial applicants. This meant our recruitment process went very smoothly, applicants were kept well informed as to time and location of interview and recruited quickly with no gap between the previous employee leaving and new employee starting.

A few years ago, the Sigma Group reached out to The HR Dept. to support with an ER related matter and advise us accordingly. Little did we know at the time, that five years later, we would be continuing to work with HR Dept. having forged an excellent working partnership. This level of service and professionalism has not been impacted by the recent retirement of a HR Dept colleague, who over the period of support to Sigma, had embedded themselves to such an extent our colleagues thought they were a Sigma employee. Transitioning seamlessly to the new team, provided the assurance (not that we needed any) that we were in safe hands.

We feel The HR Dept’s support, proactivity and professionalism has been invaluable to the business and will continue to be.
