Director of The HR Dept Coventry, Charlotte is passionate about helping local SMEs with any people problems and can provide a comprehensive and responsive HR service.

Having worked in various management roles at Tesco stores for 10 years as well as working for the HR Dept Warwickshire for the past 5 years, Charlotte is able to provide a dedicated, in-depth HR service, while remaining commercially focused on what will work well for the business.

Charlotte has over 15 years of generalist HR experience, advising on and managing people issues. She has a level 5 CIPD qualification as well as a degree with honours in English Literature.
