Alison Schreiber

Director

Alison is a Chartered Member of CIPD and very experienced in UK and international HR. She worked in the manufacturing sector for 26 years and, as well as 20 years’ in HR, is also experienced in Health & Safety, R&D (Research and Development) and Business Management.

Alison thrives on being able to make a difference when working with small and medium businesses by supporting their HR and Health & Safety. She is passionate about the local area, having been born and raised in Durham.

Having worked in retail for the past 15 years I really wanted to branch out and help people in a different way. I supervised a small team from 2017 to 2019, and I found that I really enjoyed the Human Resource side that my role brought me into contact with.

In 2020 I obtained my Level 5 CIPD Human Resource Management qualification and began working as a HR Administrator for the HR Dept Durham and Newcastle South in April 2021, I am now working as a Trainee HR Advisor.

I have found a great team to work with at HR Dept Durham & Newcastle South. Every day is a new experience and challenge and I am fortunate to work with experienced HR professionals that provide me with knowledge and practice.
