Director of The HR Dept South Glasgow, Katie is passionate about helping local SMEs with any people problems and can provide a comprehensive and responsive HR service.

Having worked in a range of industries from entrepreneurial start-ups, manufacturing, retail & customer service and corporate financial services , Katie is able to provide a dedicated, in-depth HR service, while remaining commercially focused on what will work well for the business.

Katie has over 20 years of generalist HR experience, advising on and managing people issues. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development). Katie is also training to become an accredited Executive Coach.
