With Labour’s landslide victory, we anticipate significant employment law changes. The King’s Speech on Wednesday, 17th July 2024, will outline these proposals.

While beneficial for employees, these changes are likely to impose financial, resource and time burdens on small and medium businesses.

Join our FREE webinar to find out more about the potential changes expected within the first 100 days, their impact on your business, and key steps to prepare.

We will cover:

  • Dismissals and Tribunal Claims
  • Zero-hour contracts
  • Strengthened worker rights
  • National minimum wage changes
  • Statutory sick pay
  • Increased costs
  • Simplified worker status
