Meet the team
Jill has owned the HR Dept (Trafford and Warrington) since 2006. With over 25 years’ HR experience, she is able to provide a wealth of expertise with a strong commercial and customer focus. Jill has operated at a senior level in developing blue chip HR strategy and has provided generalist HR advice and support to blue chip companies, SMEs in a wide range of industries and sectors and to Schools/Academies. Jill is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
Jill is also a voluntary Director of The Hamblin Education Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust (Altrincham Grammar School for Boys and North Cestrian School).
Senior HR Advisor
Annabel has over 18 years’ HR experience covering a wide range of HR disciplines including generalist HR, Management Development, Training, TUPE, Employee Relations, Redundancies and Recruitment; gained across a range of industries. Annabel also has significant Operational Management experience gained through Branch Management in the Insurance sector.
Annabel is CIPD qualified.
Senior HR Advisor
Clare has over 10 years’ experience in Recruitment and Human Resource Management.
She has worked in both the public and private sector, supporting on a variety of issues and projects including: Performance Management, Recruitment, Mediation, Policy Development and Team Culture and Change Management.
Clare has an interest in Psychology and Behaviour in the workplace and is CIPD qualified.
Gemma has broad HR experience in providing HR and employee relations advice; development of contracts of employment and employee handbooks and policies and provides general HR and office management support to the team. She has Team Leader experience in managing teams, improving processes and implementing change.
Gemma is CIPD qualified to Level 5.
Amy has over 12 years’ recruitment experience. She has worked in a broad range of industries providing generalist HR advice and support to managers and employees. Amy has an interest in Leadership & Management Training and People Development.
Amy has a degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management. She is also Level 7 CIPD qualified.
