At The HR Dept (Trafford and Warrington) we are an award winning HR team providing outsourced HR advice and support to small and medium sized businesses and to the education sector in the Trafford, Altrincham, Sale, Hale, Bowdon, Partington, Carrington, Urmston, Flixton, Lymm, Warrington and Runcorn areas.
Having an affordable outsourced HR service allows you to have access to a professional local HR department, without the expense of hiring your own HR Manager, or we can provide additional support to your in-house HR person.

Jill Bottomley
Director
Jill has owned the HR Dept (Trafford and Warrington) since 2006. With over 25 years’ HR experience, she is able to provide a wealth of expertise with a strong commercial and customer focus. Jill has operated at a senior level in developing blue chip HR strategy and has provided generalist HR advice and support to blue chip companies, SMEs in a wide range of industries and sectors and to Schools/Academies. Jill is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
Jill is also a voluntary Director of The Hamblin Education Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust (Altrincham Grammar School for Boys and North Cestrian School).
Annabel Lyons
Senior HR Advisor
Annabel has over 18 years’ HR experience covering a wide range of HR disciplines including generalist HR, Management Development, Training, TUPE, Employee Relations, Redundancies and Recruitment; gained across a range of industries. Annabel also has significant Operational Management experience gained through Branch Management in the Insurance sector.
Annabel is CIPD qualified.
Gemma Fyfe
Senior HR Advisor
Gemma has broad HR experience in providing HR and employee relations advice; development of contracts of employment and employee handbooks and policies and provides general HR and office management support to the team. She has Team Leader experience in managing teams, improving processes and implementing change.
Gemma is CIPD qualified to Level 5.
