Christiane Hutchinson MBA
Christiane is Founder and CEO of Biramis Management Partners, a multi award winning specialist exit value creation consultancy.
Christiane has over 25years’ experience in strategic management consulting, and a global career spanning across France, Japan, Ireland and the UK.
She has helped well over 300 individual businesses across all growth cycles, from start-up, growth and fast growth/scalability, to turnaround. Her wide ranging hands-on experience has led to the award winning value building approach that makes Biramis MP uniquely well positioned to deliver business wealth creation programmes.
Robert Hutchinson MCIPD MBA
Robert leads the strategic HR and Human Capital function at Biramis MP.
He is an experienced main Board Director with a wide range of functional, commercial and consulting skills, and has a successful track record in designing and executing significant strategic change initiatives, on time and within budget.
His strong change focus, depth of experience in highly commercial contexts serve to engage all stakeholders quickly in understanding, committing to and delivering sustained performance improvement. At Diageo, he played a significant role in ensuring the successful mergers that took place between Guinness, United Distillers and Grand Met. His subsequent various roles as HR Director saw him create award winning engagement projects, in the FMCG, Public and not for profit organisations.
Robert is particularly skilled at aligning the people agenda with the commercial and strategic objectives of businesses. He is bringing successfully his experience to SMEs by creating impactful people strategies.
Jill Bottomley FCIPD, BSc (Hons)
Jill is Owner/Director of The HR Dept (Trafford and Warrington) leading an award-winning team. Jill has over 30 years’ strategic and operational HR experience gained in corporate business and from supporting many SMEs. She has extensive experience in organisational design and change, restructuring, redundancies and supporting SMEs to develop a more strategic approach to their people resource.
Jill was recognised for contributing to influencing Government policy on the furlough scheme and has written management guidance on behalf of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) on topical subjects ‘Fire and Rehire’ and ‘Redundancies post furlough’. She sits on roundtables, representing the ‘HR voice of SMEs’ on topical people matters.
Jill is also a voluntary Director on the Board of the Hamblin Education Trust and a Governor on the Board of The Trafford College Group.
The Venue
We welcome you to attend the stunning Grade II Listed Denzell House, situated in eleven acres of beautifully landscaped parkland, just outside of Altrincham, Cheshire – where The HR Dept Trafford and Warrington team is based.
The presentation will be held in the conservatory, a large, light and airy venue opening onto the gardens. Pastries and light refreshments will be served.
