Lisa is an experienced Human Resources leader having worked with many businesses, including in the energy, financial services, and education sector. She believes in supporting small businesses to attract and retain the best people to help their business thrive. She can provide a dedicated, in-depth HR service, while remaining commercially focused on what will work well for the business.

Lisa has over 24 years of generalist HR experience, advising on and managing people issues. She is a Fellow of the CIPD, holds a MSc in HR management and is a certified Strengthscope facilitator.
