We rely on HR Dept Bradford to support us with the important task of managing our employees. In a nursery the staff team are everything and so it is vitally important that we do a look after them. Sarah and Abbie ( and Joanna before them) are always approachable and down to earth, they bring a very understanding and sympathetic approach to what can be seen as difficult processes full of legal jargon. Staffing issues can happen quite suddenly and can be wildly unpredictable and Sarah and Abbie have very quick response times so are always there to help us when we need them. It is also so reassuring to know that Sarah and Abbie understand the rules and regulations of employment law and can help us to navigate our way through all aspects of HR from recruitment, appointments and inductions to long term retention and everything inbetween. Our nursery cares for children as individuals so we need an approach to HR to reflect this and suports the staff team as individuals.
