We have used The HR Dept for many, many years, after initially engaging them when we were taken to court over unfair dismissal. Since then, if we have come across any issues with employees, we call them and ask their advice. No matter how big or small, they have always been happy to help.

They have always given me step by step advise on what to do and how to proceed, and have always got back to me quickly. They put me at ease when sometimes I have been at breaking point.

I would definitely recommend The HR Dept. It has always been important to me to have someone at the end of the phone to talk to, who can tell me what to do and explain why I need to do it that way. I think having HR these days is so important when running your own business.
