Aztec Event Management Services were keen to improve their line managers' skills and confidence when dealing with people challenges to support business growth and mitigate risk.

The solution:

We conducted a thorough review of performance and development processes, helping managers understand strengths, gaps, and expectations.

• Introduced regular Lunch & Learns for the management team
• Supported managers with performance review meetings.
• Introduced clear frameworks for feedback and objectives.
• Provided one-to-one coaching for managers on handling challenging conversations.
