We wanted to use a local company that was able to attend site and engage with managers and employees. We looked around online and found The HR Dept.

Due to our company direction at the time, the HR was disjointed and outdated - with mostly verbal agreements and a poor paper trail. We knew that we needed to get up to date and compliant with all aspects of HR, including Mental Health awareness.

The HR Dept helped us rewrite our company handbook and cover not only the employees, but the needs of the business. This included standard letter templates, contracts of employment, dealing with disciplinary situations and our company structure.

The HR Dept have been extremely good and this is why we have been with them for so long. We now have up to date contracts, handbooks and procedures in place and for any HR issues or questions, we have reach out and get the right advice.

Would I recommend the HR Dept to other businesses? YES!
