We are a local team delivering a wide range of services across Liverpool. Unlike a call centre our team will get to know you and you'll get to know them. We can work on a pay as you go basis or on a 12 month retained agreement. We don't believe in long term contracts that tie you on for years, when you don't even know what is around the corner!

We are a small team supporting local clients across Liverpool. 

Our services tend to fall into three categories: 

Transactional: ensuring you have all the basics in place and are compliant. We'll draft your contracts of employment to ensure they are up to date and also fit for purpose. We'll ensure that you have all the relevant policies in place so that employees are fully aware of their responsibilities. 

Operational: providing you with the appropriate guidance and support when dealing with any day to day issues e.g. disciplinaries, redundancies, TUPE, managing sick absence and performance etc This can be delivered remotely or even on site. We can even provide you with employment tribunal insurance, web based HR system etc 

Strategic: working with the owners or senior team we can develop your people strategy, supporting you and your teams through training, employee benefits, restructures etc

Julia joined the HR Dept team in 2018 and has contributed to various roles including HR Operations Manager and is now a Director supporting the growth of the business and ensuring that our service continues to be at the highest level.
