Gillian is passionate about offering local SMEs a comprehensive and responsive HR service. Having experience in both the public and private sectors she understands the breadth of HR challenges for managers and business owners. She is therefore able to provide an in-depth service to SMEs and at the same time foresee any associated HR issues that may arise.

She also has significant experience coaching and guiding business leaders and managers and runs regular management development sessions in the area. With particular expertise in leadership and management development, performance management, change management, employee engagement and coaching, Gillian is qualified in the use of psychometric tests, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management from the University of Highlands and Islands and has an MBA from Napier University.
