Danny is our newest HR Manager joining the team in 2021. He is a professionally qualified (Assoc CIPD) HR Generalist who gained his experience as a Business Partner in the retail and hospitality sector before entering the world of HR Consultancy. His experience ranges from advising on employment law matters to contract and policy creation. Where we started After 40 years of experience, Simon Morgan left a successful career as Head of HR and Development at City & Guilds to start his own HR Dept Franchise in 2007 “For many years Simon ran the company with passion and with his heart, making everyone he worked along-side and with feel comfortable and appreciated despite any challenges that were being faced. He drove the business with genuine love for supporting company owners through the obstacles that being in business could bring. We miss him dearly but we’re happy to say his spirit and ethics still live on through our work we carry out today.” Wanting to ensure that the businesses he worked with were still supported Simon passed the business on to Miguel Calabrese from Blue Rocket Accounting. 

Sadly, in December 2020, Simon died from Cholangiocarcinoma, cancer in the bile duct. His family are raising money for the charity AMMF who specialise in providing support for this specific type of cancer.
