Our location

I strongly recommend Katie B at HR Dept Liverpool North & Ormskirk, who has recently helped our £100m turnover, 250 employee business in several areas, showing professionalism, commerciality and providing high-quality advice and options to the Board.
Managed a voluntary exit programme for 25 employees, including all documentation, holding without prejudice discussions, drafting and overseeing settlement agreements, and working closely with solicitors to ensure all employees received the appropriate independent legal advice throughout the process. This was achieved in less than a month from initial discussion to employee end date, without compromising on the employee experience or accuracy.
Managed the fallout from an internal administration error that resulted in incorrect information being sent to employees, handling the situation sensitively and professionally to minimise disruption and protect the business.
Following the successful completion of the above projects, we moved into an ongoing retainer arrangement, with HR dept Liverpool North & Ormskirk providing our business with continued, reliable HR support.
