We first partnered with HR Dept in 2023 while searching for a provider who could deliver
employee manuals and contracts written in a clear and employee-friendly way.
As a small company at the time, we chose their 360 service, which gave us access to the full
capabilities of a large-scale HR department—without needing to hire an internal HR
professional. It was an ideal solution that offered expert support tailored to our size and
needs.
Since then, our company has grown significantly. Although HR Dept made it clear they would
